Flower Hill is ideal for 6 couples – but children are welcome and the house has the flexibility to cater to multi-generational families.

HIGH SEASON
(April 16th to December 14th)
4 night minimum
5 bedrooms $3,150 / night
6 bedrooms $3,850 / night
LOW SEASON
(December 15th to April 15th)
4 night minimum, 3 night upon request
5 bedrooms $2,450 / night
6 bedrooms $3,150 / night
5 & 6 bedroom occupancy available, plus extra converted rooms (16 persons maximum). For additional guests over 12 persons, there will be a charge of $50 per person per night.
Holidays
Easter and Thanksgiving are high season rates for 5 night bookings.
Christmas or New Years $35,000 / week for entire villa.
Food & Drink
Our chef will keep track of what you consume and present you with the bill/receipts at the end of your stay. You should plan on approximately US$80 per adult per day/$30-35 per child, not including wine and liquor. We will stock the first day’s food and beverages based on your instructions and then shop for you every few days. If no driver is booked, there will be a $40 pre-stocking fee and a $40 shopping fee twice per week to cover the gas of the chef who will use his own car to shop.
Gratuities
For satisfactory service, 10% of gross rental during high season; 15% of gross rental during low season to be given to the staff at the end of your vacation.
Driver & Van
Van and Driver will be provided at no cost for bookings of 7 nights or more (fuel costs and gratuity not included). Van and Driver are available at a cost of $140 per day for bookings less than 7 nights (fuel costs and gratuity not included). Airport transfers are $60 each way.
Damage Deposit
.US$ 2000 paid on booking and refunded within 2 weeks of your departure if no damage occurs
